Steele Detailing
Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the provision of mobile auto detailing services by Steele Detailing (the "Provider") to the client (the "Client")
Late payments may incur a $25 fee after 7 days.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
- The Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
- If the Client fails to be present for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the Provider reserves the right to charge a missed appointment fee of $70
Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible location for the Provider to perform the Services.
- The Client must ensure that their vehicle is free from any personal belongings and that the area is safe for the Provider’s staff to work.
Liability and Insurance
- Steele Detailing carries liability insurance and will take reasonable precautions to protect the Client's vehicle.
- The Client agrees that Steele Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or any damage that occurs during the provision of Services unless caused by gross negligence.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Idaho.
Amendments
Steele Detailing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
Acceptance
The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this Agreement.
